This four tier topsy turvy cake was frosted with smooth buttercream. The top tier is garnished with a cluster of modeling chocolate roses. The third tier is wrapped with a lace modeling chocolate garter belt and garnished with modeling chocolate skulls. The second tier is patterned with modeling chocolate circus stripes. The base tier is patterned with a dark modeling chocolate harlequin pattern. Malt balls and jelly beans are also included.
