Professional bakeries are better off investing in a larger 20 quart Hobard mixer (commission earned) as that will hold up better with frequent use. Used models are often available for a significantly reduced price

  1. I don’t own a food processor and not willing to purchase one just to try your frosting. I’m looking for a good American butter cream frosting, will this be a disaster without the food processor, should I look elsewhere for a recipe
