Have this book & love it! I was afraid to try modeling chocolate but made a cake with modeling chocolate roses. It looked great & everyone said it tasted great.
Love the preview book and looking forward seeing, learning and trying more.
I’ve been trying many time to get modelling chocolate right but have not succeeded!
I get free recipes from websites to try but they always end up too soft for modelling anything!
